"Everything is great, very professional staff👌English breakfast is one of my favourite, especially the hush brown, which needs a pinch of salt to make it perfect, but I still love it. Apart from that they served poached eggs, sausages, croissants and amazing fresh melons! 😋"
"This hotel is so convenient for travelling from Heathrow. Just a short 5 minute walk from T4 across an enclosed sky bridge so no need to walk outside or taxi.
Staff were polite and efficient.
Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom nice and clean with shampoo and soap provided (no conditioner though so bring your own if you use it)
Breakfast was nice and hot with a good choice of hot and cold foods. Fresh juices and hot drinks also plentiful.
The bar area is small but it was quiet so no problem getting a seat or getting served.
The hopper bus that takes you to the other terminals costs £6.80 so its better to go into T4 and get the Heathrow express to other terminals as that's free.

"I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."
"Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient (just note there’s a £25 deposit, which I hadn’t expected). The room was spotless, and the little touch of chocolate on arrival was a nice surprise. The location is very central, making it perfect for getting around. Overall, a 10/10 stay—I’d happily return!"
