"WOW what a stay, as soon as we arrived we were welcomed and helped beautifully. I remember the walking into our room with our luggage in there ready to go and thinking wow! The room was very spacious and the workers were so helpful. Every time we came back to the hotel we were welcomed by all the workers, i would like to shout out one of the younger girls (so sorry I didn’t catch her name), but she had braces and was so lovely to us during our stay. The breakfast was amazing.. it really lives up to it’s expectations online and each morning we tried something different and it was delicious. I really recommend staying at this location, only a 5 min walk to the beach! The only things I noted was that our dip pool was a bit dirty/progressed throughout our stay and that having 1 room key per person made it a little hard when 1 person wanted to stay I'm the room and relax.

"This is an amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t be more delightful and helpful, they are kind and gracious. The rooms are amazing , and have everything you could possibly need. The breakfasts are outstanding and the choice and that it is delivered to your villa anyone 24 hours a day is the best. The thoughth that the staff and management put into your stay is beyond anything I have experienced. The swimming pool in the main area is stunning and so quiet. The spa rivals anything in seriously the best hotels
In the world. This property and its superb facilities and exceptional staff including their drivers (Zee the best) is without question 5 star and 10/10. The resort is walking distance from the beach and a minutes walk to some great shops and restaurants. Semiyak is busy, the traffic is crazy, but the tranquility as soon as your return to the hotel is beyond belief- you hear nothing ! Also the entire area feels incredibly safe and welcoming. "
