"They gave me wrong address. Then after i got there they had the driver take me to a different property. Then they checked me in and said i had to pay cash. When i insisted on card their csrd machine wouldnt work. Then the room had one bed when it was supposed to have two and didnt look like the picture. When i said i am just leaving i had 3 guys just keep insisting for 20 minutes to stay at their property. They were probably well intentioned and trying to make up for the mistakes but it was too much. I expected better."
"Perfect airport hotel. Soft, clean bed sheets and towel, nice fresh breakfast. Not fancy- but perfect for a comfy overnight if heading back to airport which is a very short drive away. The exterior of hotel/street is not very inviting. However, once inside the staff is very welcoming/helpful/kind and everything works as it should. Nice hot shower, bottles of water, good lighting, firm mattress, quiet rest. I was super refreshed and ready for my flight, the fresh breakfast was a nice plus. Good value for money. There is no airport shuttle - uber is cheap and fast to get here. "

"I had a very disappointing stay at Airport Hotel Grand in Delhi and would not recommend it, especially for tourists.
We booked a room with a double bed but were instead given a room with two single beds. After arriving late at 8pm, all we wanted was a warm shower, only to be told that hot water wouldn’t be available until 7am, the exact time of our flight. Since we had to leave by 4am, this made no sense at all. The solution offered? A bucket of hot water, which is unacceptable after a long day of traveling.
The room itself was in poor condition. It looked nothing like the photos online and was visibly dirty. The windows were sealed shut, so there was no view or fresh air. On top of that, there was a constant loud noise throughout the night, like a generator running, making it very hard to sleep.
There were also several basic issues with the room facilities. The lights wouldn’t turn off if you were using the charging port, and this was the only one that worked, the others were completely useless.
To make matters worse, the staff were not friendly or helpful when we raised these issues.
Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel."
