Bedroom door didn't shut unless it was locked with the key, the bathroom 'moved' and staff were only available a few hours per day

"Very clean bed/bathroom. It was cold outside but the room was nice and cozy. Pillows were a bit soft and flat, But the reception quickly sorted that out and delivered more to our door. Larger than normal fridge, which was a plus."
