"Hotel was absolutely beautiful and centrally located in Sukhumvit, Thailand. Close to the skytrain and Metro station. Rash walking distance to all the restaurants, spas and 2 malls close by."
"While in Thailand we stay at one of two places, Shangri la is excellent. Great breakfast, on the Kings river, restaurants everywhere in the immediate area, China town, shopping including tailors and all types of nightlife.
We visit yearly.

"Very convenient to airport and train station.
Property s a bit tired but comfortable.
A bit less than what one expects of a Hyatt Regency.
Staff and service is excellent.
Food is reasonable."
"It was very beautifully renovated at lobby. Housekeeping was swift and clean. Staff were very helpful when I encountered 3 issues and It was resolved immediately. Best hotel location. I have been returning every year with my wife."
"The Hotel is in a good location for exploring the area around the vibrant soi 11. The BTS at the end of Soi 11 (about 10 mins away) and the MRT a little further away on foot (about 15-20 mins away) mean that you can get onto the Bangkok public transport networks and explore Bangkok with relative ease.
The room (Grand Deluxe) was a great size and was quiet, although there was a stain on one of the walls which was a little disappointing and the air conditioner had started to drip at the end of my stay.
The lobby is nice and clean, although the lifts are looking tired and could do with some minor updates, particularly to the flooring.
The breakfast was fine, although there was quite a limited range and it didn’t really live up to the hype from other reviews. That being said it was not bad, perhaps just needs more options and a slight upgrade to the quality of the produce used.
This was a good place to stay and I would consider staying here again if I was in Bangkok for a short stay in the future."
