If you're planning a night at the opera, Palais Garnier in 9th Arrondissement should be top of your list. If you want to go again, Philharmonie de Paris is another great choice in Paris, and is actually not far from Palais Garnier.
If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to Galeries Lafayette in 9th Arrondissement. Why not live the cultural experience and visit the cathedral, museums, and art galleries in the area. Splash some more cash at Printemps Department Store, Rue de la Paix, and Boulevard Haussmann.
If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Theatre Mogador in 9th Arrondissement. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Casino de Paris, Paris Olympia, and Edward VII Theater are all a short walk away.
"Hotel doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel, it’s mostly 3 star.Breakfast was minimal, very small choice Staff were very friendly and helpful, specially a lady named Maya who helped out at the breakfast was very nice. When I booked a hotel from Expedia, the room I saw online at the picture was completely different from what I was thinking I booked, very small! Compared to the room I booked in Milan ( same vacation week)was same as I aspected like it was on the picture."
"Very nice hotel, the staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms was clean and fridge was fulled every day. Coffee was not that great. Very close to metro, bus stop restaurants and easy access to visit Paris attractions. We had a nice stay !"

"Room was small but clean and staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Just a small issue with sewer smell from bathroom but it was very hot and building is old so not a problem that we needed to address while there.
Air Conditioner worked great."
"This hotel is situated in the heart of all there is to see in Montmartre. It’s on a peaceful side street so not a lot of noise. It’s a short walk to many sites, be aware Montmartre is on a hill so there are slopes and stairs! Don’t expect a view from your window, you won’t have one but the location makes up for that. The staff were great and very helpful with directions. The room was small, but had everything I needed. It was extremely hot the days I was there and the air conditioning was amazing. I would definitely stay again."

"La chambre était convenable en soi mais trop chère pour ce qu'elle. De plus, elle communique avec une chambre à côté par une porte certes verrouillée mais qui dès lors ne permet pas une bonne isolation. J'avais l'impression que la personne séjournant dans cette chambre était à côté de moi quand elle parlait au téléphone. La salle d'eau est très petite."
