"I really enjoy the sensible design of the rooms to accommodate a person inhabiting it for a few days. It's aesthetically pleasing and super-functional. So many hotels don't have good room layouts.
It's too bad this quality is difficult to quantify/identify on ratings/offering sites. Too bad we don't have an AI agent to replicate my tastes. Oh wait, i can probably do that. "
"Comfy bed, good shower, great room settings. Staff was not so friendly. Never once did they say hi or acknowledge us until check out. Trains were 5 minutes away and hotel was very central. Close to all attractions. "
"The location was the biggest strength of the hotel - right next to Gare de Lyon, so we had easy access to buses and the metro. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The family room with king bed and sofa was fine - once the sofa bed was out there wasn’t much room at all though. The bathroom is very small, with no room for toiletries. Housekeeping was inconsistent with leaving us enough towels, depended on who was cleaning the room. Breakfast was free for kids under 10 which was a great deal. All in all, the hotel was satisfactory."
"Decent boutique hotel near Gare Du Lyon; but for $300/night with all taxes and fees (early March, 2026), it’s not very good value. It feels more like a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. Rooms are small and decently appointed, and the bed and shower were good. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi.
