"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! DISGUSTING! Had to call staff for check-in. At that moment I knew the reviews were accurate. Wasn’t in the room 5 minutes and left!! DIRTY ROOM!! Call staff and he had already left property. Told him I was checking out because of the dirty room. He advised it would like him 10 minutes to return. He advised me to leave the key in the ATM machine located outside of the office and he would try to release the holds for the deposit and resort fee that was placed on my card. He was nice and apologized. Needless to say. We had to find another hotel so we ended up at the courtyard Marriott. Had to spend more money. Miles away from the beach. This place reminds me of a cheap motel 6 or something like that if you want to compare. I’m big on cleanliness. The mix reviews have to be personally based for real on how individuals live. Cause NOOOOO!!!! RUNNNNN!! VERY MISLEADING!!! I PROMISE!!! couldn’t even take pictures scared a bug or something would get on me or my luggage! Me and my friend was out of there!!!!!"
"I found two cockroaches in the room. What made the experience even worse was that the staff made up false claims, saying that we refused to let them enter the room for pest control. We contacted you specifically to solve the cockroach problem, so why would we refuse?
The response from the staff was also very slow, and one staff member even said that cockroaches are very common here. If that’s the case, then people should probably assume every room may have cockroaches and reconsider staying here.
The view was nice, but the cleanliness and service attitude were honestly terrible."
"Beautiful hotel and so close to the beach. The beach was less than 5 mins away!! The room was amazing - literally a fully furnished studio apartment with everything. The management is super responsive and even allowed me to check out late because my flight was delayed. Would stay here again when I plan my next trip to Miami. Totally recommend!!"
