"We stayed at GOOD NATURE HOTEL KYOTO for 3 nights as a group of 3 and had an amazing experience overall. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable even with all our luggage open, and it also had two chairs and a table which made the space feel extra cozy and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the room had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the complimentary brownie cookie was such a nice touch — absolutely delicious! The hotel was extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day to replace towels, restock bottled water, and tidy the room. The amenities were also excellent — the shampoo and bath products smelled amazing and felt really gentle on the skin. They provided room slippers and comfortable lounge/sleepwear as well, which made our stay feel extra luxurious. One highlight was definitely the ReFa hairdryer provided in the room — such a nice surprise! Just a small note: toothbrushes are not automatically provided, but you can easily request them from the front desk. The location was super convenient. It’s close to convenience stores, the main shopping area, and the station, while still being within walking distance to places like Gion District and Pontocho Alley. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff helped store our luggage and could also assist with forwarding luggage to the next hotel, which was very convenient. "Hotel was in a fabulous location walking distance to everything within reason all very close to subway stations. Super friendly. There was a Starbucks 7-Eleven and Tully‘s coffee place right underneath."

"I would definitely stay here next time I visit Kyoto and I will be back. Hotel 5 Star items hotel Is very clean, the location is fantastic. Staff are polite but limited English which was not a problem. Laundry room and decent size gym. 4 star items: Onsen is relaxing but if you are expect ing a cold plunge to go with the hot bath water you will need to take a cold shower. That being said it remains open until 1 AM. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at we liked this breakfast the least, it wasn't bad just not as good as some of the other buffets. That being said their are a lot of coffee and pastry shops in the neighborhood which were a delight to try. "
