"Hotel was quaint and charming! The beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was super helpful and even let us borrow an umbrella and were really quick with food recommendations and subway directions! Loved our stay…would stay here again."
"The staff were very helpful, the property well maintained and the rooms recently remodeled, it was clean and looking like new, the elevators were fast and also very secure, they make sure only residents access the rooms. Parking was accessible and the staff ware very attentive."
"The hotel was clean, good breakfast, solid room and location, the rooftop was a vibe (I wish there were some warm food options). The only con was with using the elevators especially during rush hour like breakfast time and check-in time. It takes a very long time to go up and down. There are about 36 floors. There is a system where you scan to get on an elevator that will designate an elevator for you. During rush hour that elevator may open and it’ll be full before you even get on and have to rescan to get onto another elevator. When you get on the elevator, it’ll only take you to the floors that were designated through scanning. Coming down takes 10 min on average. The elevator makes all kinds of stops. It seems like every other floor it stops and no one comes on. If you have a schedule to stick to keep this in mind. Everything outside of this was great and I really enjoyed the location."
