"Check-in was easy. Room was nice and clean Staff were excellent kitchen and laundry amenities were excellent. Five minute walk to the beach. Two minute walk to eateries. public transport was close and handy."
"We are returning guests, therefore love the property and its location. We had a 1 bedroom on the top floor, and were lucky to have various beach glimpses thru the buildings, sadly new construction at Neicon will cut that off on one side in the future. Our favourite pastime is sitting on the balcony people and car watching.
This last unit we were in, was a bit of an odd layout and smaller than others we had been in, but, it was clean and comfortable. This trip we had bad rainy weather so didn't even use the indoor pool, but, as I said we've been here before, and it's always well maintained. Lifts were fast, reception are great, parking is easy and so are the walks to wherever you want to go. Even an easy walk to Pacific Fair and we are in our mid 70's. Tram out front. The Phoenician has it all."
