"The property is very central so lots of shops nearby. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. No movie channels on TV, Not enough coffee/tea option in the bedroom. Staff could be a bit more nicer. I'm a bit annoyed with the hotel holding another $100 from your credit card but refund don't go back until 3-4 days after you've checked out."
"The room layout was extremely small and nothing like the photos. The room even had steps inside with no railings, which would be dangerous for elderly guests and was difficult for me with very sore legs after climbing a volcano.
The washer dryer machines also did not work. We tried two rooms and the drying function failed in both.
There was also no reception staff when we arrived at around 4 pm, which made check in difficult and left no way to raise concerns about the room. The listing felt like false advertising."
