"Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side."

"Good room. Spacious. Hotel is little old, but that is ok. Staff is friendly. They try to help you. Ample choices for breakfast, but not extravagant. Bath room tends to be a tad small, but again everything worked well. Location is very good. In the middle of everything.
Will I go back? Yes!
