"The hotel was close to all the city attractions including the Japanese gardens, we really enjoyed the hospitality and the kindness of the front staff. They helped coordinate shuttle service from the airport and also the breakfast was very appetizing, i enjoyed this hotel!"
"Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"
"Breakfast was wonderful, great selection. Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Staff were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay here. Warm cookies on arrival are a nice touch! "
