We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay.
When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic "

"I arrived at the hotel late and they informed me after booking and paying for my hotel well in advance they had no rooms available. They transferred me to a different hotel in a completely different location. Incredibly poor service "
