"Beautiful stay, very nice hotel, Polynesian style. Green and lovely territory, spacious rooms.
Great staff, super supportive and friendly and knowledgeable.
Good breakfast, nice variety. Great food service on the beach and next to the pool.
Only minus - there are no dedicated adults area, neither next to the pools or on the beach, so kids everywhere. If only administration would get separate area for adults - it would be perfect!"
"Very poor customer service
We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay.
When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic "
