"I love a 5 start hotel and although this wasn’t one it was acceptable. Didn’t receive any help with the luggage on the way in so that was strange, then when we asked for on the way out, it took forever and to delay our departure.
Beds very comfortable, hotel very clean. Pool so/so, hot tub not that hot and not nice enough to go in but fine if you don’t have high standards. Gym was decent. Sauna was very nice. Spa services and staff were awesome. Also to note Amy at concierge is outstanding and gave me five star service, she is a star."
"The location is very convenient, right across from the convention center. The room is a bit small but ok considering the price and location.
Maintenance needs a bit of work. The shower door couldn’t completely close. There is always a puddle after even a short shower.
The elevator is terrible. The algorithm needs work. During busy morning and afternoon busy times, it takes forever to get back to your room.
Breakfast is pretty good. Fresh omelette are made on demand. The sausages are good but very salty. Yoghurt and fresh fruit are great.
Recommend it if attending conference at the convention center."
