Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower.
Only downside was we had paid extra for a room with a kettle and coffee machine but there was no milk, even when we went downstairs to ask."
"Great experience!!! The one thing for sure is that the tub - shower combo is not safe for people with disabilities. It is very high to climb in and water gets everywhere with a half glass door . Tried to have breakfast the last day and there was no one there to help, so I left ."
"Staff was kind, respectful and helpful. The bedroom was quite small and the bed pillows were somewhat stiff, not soft and fluffy. The soap pumps in our bathroom ran out of soap and were not refilled by the cleaners LG. Luckily, we had brought a small bar of soap."
