"A lovely hotel in the centre of town. With motorcycle secured parking was a must for us . Great buffet breakfast, comfy rooms . A lovely overnight stay."
"my stay was fabulous! However the reception front desk employees are not well trained. one gentleman was rude and the female gave contradictory comments. Also guests should be briefed that they have to let front desk know if they want air conditioning. "
"The hotel is super clean, the breakfast was good, everything is of a high quality. The only thing that needs to be mentioned is the extremely steep steps. The stairs are not for the faint-hearted. Also the parking is a nightmare."
"We have given 5 stars as the hotel & location were excellent. BUT would strongly advise finding out if there's any roadworks being carried out near the hotel! We were woken both mornings at 7.30am with very loud road works outside. If we had known these works were going on we would have booked a different hotel in a quiet area. While we appreciate repair works are necessary we really feel we should have been informed prior to our stay to make a choice. We were away to relax in the peace & calm of Bruges not to be woken up early."
