"The hotel was beautiful. Location was great for shopping centres and directly in front of a 7-11! Just seems that everything the hotel provides is 10x more expensive such as tours, laundry and basic recommendations.."
"This hotel is right in the middle of all the action of soi 11. The staff at the front desk is always helpful. The cleaning staff always greets you with a smile."
"There is a lot to be desired in terms of customer care. The service feels incredibly rigid rather than welcoming. They enforce a strict deposit policy at check-in, and the bureaucracy is exhausting - requirement to fill out a formal paper form just to borrow an umbrella! It is certainly not pleasant when you just want a quick evening run to the convenience store. After being lecture-warned about the replacement cost if the umbrella got lost, I realized this hotel just isn't right for me.
On top of the cold hospitality, the property itself feels tired. The rooms could really use a refurbishment as they are definitely starting to show their age."
"This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Hotel is conveniently located in Sukhumvit and the MRT and BTS stations are a minute walk away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All of the staff have great attitudes. On this stay I would like to point out an exceptional staff member, James Kiattisak at the front desk. James was instrumental in ensuring that my stay would be great as I had messed up my reservation carelessly and James took the time to fix the issues that I had created (I messed up the reservation, not the fault of the hotel or Expedia). So many other hotels in the west would have been dismissive of me due to my error, however this staff member went above and beyond to rectify my error.
Will I return? Absolutely"
"Excellent breakfast, good variety rotation. Rooms are clean and spacious. Just that the standing shower is a bit small and shower gels so-so. Staffs are helpful and courteous."
