They could not mive us to a comparable room but they did allow us to go to a different room to shower unfortunately it was not convenient in any way. They were also experiencing elevator difficulties and we had to use the service elevator which us very slow as everyone had to do the same. I was hoping for some kind of...

"There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover. "
