"The property and the hotel were absolutely lovely. The staff was wonderful and the rooms comfortable and clean. The pool and the spa were also great. One drawback is that I did not like the fact that it was hard to walk from the hotel into the town. There was no sidewalk and so I felt a bit hemmed in. The hotel did a wonderful job, however, providing transportation to the Borromean Islands and there was a shuttle into the town of Stresa. "

The hotel staff didn’t offer a proper solution and denied any fault, even though their own front desk couldn’t fix the issue in the middle of the night. Disappointing experience."
