"Well to start off the room stinks like must and old cigarettes. The lighting is terrible. I was woke up by yelling and arguing just after midnight. Then the cops came and banged on a door for a while at 1:30am then more door slamming and talk about killing somebody. Felt like I was staying in the ghetto of LA. 6:30 and the “breakfast” area was closed. So don’t plan on that unless you stay up all night and sleep in until brunch. Unfortunately I booked for two nights so we will see what...

"The place is very clean. Nice size pool and hot tub with extra towels by the pool. A very nice breakfast selection, waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy, danishes, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and more, served during a 5 am to 10 am. "

"There is no elevator to the second floor rooms. Not good. Our room had two queen-size beds for us. We needed only one. With two queen beds the room was cramped. No pool or outside area for relaxing in the fresh air. It's relatively cheap. Remember, you are getting a cheap room, regardless of the cost. "

"One of the best run hotels that I've stayed in in a long time. Beautifully furnished with a friendly and extremely competent staff. In a nice extra touch for my family, the fact that such an excellent hotel is dog friendly makes it a true winner. The freshly ground coffee and French press setups in the rooms made getting up that much easier. My wife and daughters really appreciated the bath products available, especially the locally made soap."
