My room was basic, but had all essentials (comfortable bed and en suite bath) and a lovely Mountain View. Good breakfast included in price. Innsbruck card also included which provided free train and bus transportation into the city. Staff all were friendly and helpful. It was a great value. "

Live chat didn’t respond in the evening, and with no staff onsite, there was no assistance available. Rooms were basic, with a pull-out third bed on the floor and outdoor hallways, giving a motel-like feel rather than 4-star.
