"The spa services was excellent the food was Good, Room was ok amd so generally all the services were up to the expectations execpt for the fact that they don't have mobile money payment method which is very convenient especially on holidays and weekends..what if the one looses his or her Atm card but has money on their mobile app.
They need to have a mobile money payment method for convenience.

"Perfect location - we stayed for 10 days in one of the rooms with balcony - excellent location within Stonetown where the only drawback is that it’s not possible to drive a car to the entrance of the hotel - very nice rooms and super friendly staff - excellent breakfast with a super nice view of the sea from the breakfast place. Very nice experience and happy to recommend the hotel. "

"We wanted to stay in Stonetown in an authentic hotel. Dating from the 1880s we found our place. It was just down a very narrow street from the Freddy Mercury House. It helped to have their staff pick us up from the airport. The rooftop restaurant had a great view of the ocean and town. We ate the special dinner. It was expensive but with so many authentic courses and flavors it was well worth. This is not a glamorous place, but very real. The AC worked well and the room was comfortable. "
