"Overnight stay with family of two teens. Was able to access leisure facilities early, and stay late on day of departure. Beautiful setting, amazing swimming pool, games room and tennis court to keep boys entertained. Staff are very helpful, restaurant is fine dining, would recommend. "

"We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again. "

"I read negative comments about a fee for the pool. Having used the spa and enjoyed a massage, I understand the hotel position; the pool is part of a very tranquil spa experience. That said, the hotel is not really a place that kids would enjoy. If I had kids with me and booked a stay at a place with a pool, I’d expect to have access.
