浴室舊、附近吵雜、路窄、人多、晚上常被吵醒，早餐很基本，附近不好叫車，很多旅遊行程攬客，相對出租車叫價費用離譜，但如果以上狀況對你來說不是什麼問題，那反而是間好旅館

Nice hotel at Patong

All The staff are very friendly and helpful, I love the hotel because it is new model and comforable. We like the Wellcome drink because it is very special . Hotel bar is good and face to the beach. Good for the family because can do the beach activity any time and it is very convenience. Also, you can take the taxi or walk to patong, many shops and restaurants. it is quite at the night time then good for relaxing. The hotel room is big enough for four of us. Ensure will stay again in Patong.

Hidden Gem in Patong

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Deluxe Premier Balcony Seaview room which was very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was also amazing. The bed was comfortable and we had one of the best sleeps! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was brilliant. The location was perfect for us with quite a few bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk and a 15 min walk to the heart of Patong (Bangla Road). Supermarkets & a variety of shops were on our doorstep. I initially thought our stay would’ve been quite noisey and loud, but it wasn’t. I defo would recommend this hotel, it’s defo a hidden gem in Patong

Lovely place with amazing staff

This hotel is conveniently located across to beach and close to different restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is really friendly and willing to help at any need. The room is big in term of American standards. Highly recommended if you plan to be away from all the craziness and noise of Patong. Freedom beach is just around the corner and Patong beach across the street.

The LIV was a decent stay. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean but the hotel and some parts of the room could definitely use a refresh…. There are blinds in the shower (not sure why because the window in the shower is frosted) that are full of water mold (same with the shower curtains)…. The shower drain was plugged and the tub drain gave off an odor. There were some yellowish stains on the bedding. Also, there was a horrific smell at the entrance of the resort as there is a huge sewer right at the entrance steps that accosts you with the most horrid poop smell ever. I don’t think that’s the LIVs fault as there are several sewers like that in Patong, but it is unfortunate. It was in a good location close to restaurants and the beach, and overall a nice place to stay, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Mostly amazing stay. Staff etc were awesome. Best place I stayed in Thailand. Only thing to let it down was there was lots of dirt in my bath tub when I checked in which the cleaners cleaned and some marks on the side of the bath.

I loved this place. Location was at the end of all the happening. So a 4-5min walk you were in the mix of it all. We had an ocean view room that was nice, Yes, they could have put the bar/hangout in a different area to have the perfect view but we still enjoyed it.The staff was great. Smart and Kea even the security guy (didn't get this name) but by the time I left, I felt like I was leaving family behind. So if you want a personal experience, this place might be it.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The air wasn’t super powerful, but enough to circulate the room. Easily walkable to beaches and Bangla street, but separate enough to not be right in the bustle of the wild energy of Patong nights.

Leider können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben, da wir 3 wirklich eklatante Probleme in diesem Hotel hatten. Erstens: es ist viel zu laut durch die Hauptstraße und leider sind die Schiebetüren der Terrasse nicht dicht bzw. schallgeschützt. Wir haben daher sehr unruhig geschlafen und wurden ständig vom Straßenlärm geweckt. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war nicht möglich, da alle Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegen. Zweitens: das Zimmer roch sehr stark muffig und wir haben diesen wirklich starken Geruch leider nicht trotz permanent laufender Klimaanlage rausbekommen. Es war sehr störend Drittens: das Schlimmste allerdings war, dass wir beide im Abstand von 2 Tagen nach dem Frühstück ganz heftige Magendarmbeschwerden mit Erbrechen bekamen. Da wir beide morgens Rüheeier gegessen hatten und die dann wieder rauskamen, müssen es verdorbene Eier gewesen sein. Das geht gar nicht und hat den Urlaub sehr beeinträchtigt. Schade…. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter wirklich nett, höflich und hilfsbereit aber das kann ich leider nicht so stehenlassen….
