The unit was very clean and equipped with basic needs. Location was just what we need it, it was very quiet and comfortable. Just bring a night mask for the morning cause it’s pretty bright. Overall a great experience and would stay there again in the future.

Bed and couch were comfortable. Kitchen was as advertised - fully stocked. However, the parking with 2 cars was an additional $80 - ouch. The back door to our balcony / patio was broken and that was something we were looking forward to using after our concert. Additionally, the shower / tub itself was very nice but the water pressure was weak. The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful and said she was going to ask for a discount for the problems with the back door (which the doorknob simply needs to be replaced so that it releases the latch). So far, I haven't seen a credit. If we get a credit, I'd probably stay there again. But for that price everything should work well, I feel.

Very nice spacious room. Furniture was a bit worn. It was great having a washer and dryer after being on the road for a week. Great secure parking lot. Elevators were roomy and fast. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I thought could have been better was the gym, elliptical was not the greatest, no water or towels available, and a cycle would have been nice to have.

Do your research before staying here! This seems like more of a long term rental place than a hotel - it shows it’s only a short walk to various locations but it is not in a walkable area and I did not feel safe. The front desk even hesitated when asked whether it was a safe area to walk in.

We had a really great stay at the Nashville Reserve. The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable and clean but we did find some “strange” hairs in the bathroom and the Keurig machine was dirty but the staff quickly replaced it with what seemed to be a brand new machine. I would recommend the Nashville Reserve to anyone looking for a place to stay while in the Nashville area.

The unit had a washer/dryer combo. We were only there for the weekend and didn't use it. The outdoors temperature was comfortable; therefore, we didn't use the air conditioner. I am cold natured.

Venue was unique. However, check in process was not good. Suppose to get an email with codes and such and neither my wife ever received one. So our passcode was written on a luggage tag. First trip to room the code did not work so we were moved to another room. We could never connect to WiFi or access TV. My wife called the front desk and left a message but no one ever returned a call. When we woke up the room was infested in ants which occupied our shoes and anything else in the floor and on the bathroom sink. Very disappointed in the property and would not recommend.

Lovely space to hunker down during the ice storm. Pet friendly, cool co-working/lounge area, comfortable living area in the unit and great bathroom. The staff were kind and responsive.
