If you're the type of traveler who eats at McDonald's in other country's, then this property is probably not for you, but if you want to immerse in the local culture, its fantastic. Make sure you specify a bathroom in your room, unless you're ok with sharing, and make sure you arrange for a pickup at the airport for transportation to the hotel. The street is about 5 feet wide, and the van has to park a few blocks away. The area adjacent to the hotel is a lot like Marrakech, Morrocco with narrow streets and shops. The people are very friendly, and its safe, even though its very exotic. My Google maps worked well thank God to find our way around. The staff are very warm and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.
