The room was nice and comfortable.close to beach. Breakfast tables were not cleaned after a guest had finished eating. Food was not replenished at 0800, breakfast served till 10:00. What's the point? Staff did not understand English and that in a hotel is awkward.

①　２名を除き笑顔が無く対応動作が悪いと感じた。 ②　部屋内及びバスアメニティー類は総べて揃っていたので感謝。 ③　一部コンセントが壊れていたのかな、コンセントプラグが差し込めなかったのは不便。 ④　総ての窓はオープン可能、きちっと締めてロックすれば室内は静かであった。 ⑤　ビーチは歩いて３分は、海育ちの私には素晴らしい立地だった。 ⑥　フロントでタクシーを呼んでもらったが懇切な説明での応対であった。 ⑦　最終宿泊日、外出から帰った部屋の総てのタオルは無交換状態。フロントに赴きクレームを言っての交換であった。 ⑧　毎朝のモーニングコールを依頼して、ＯＫ回答であったが「初日のモーニングコールは無し！！、２日目のモーニングコールも無しであったがドアコールがあり、対応するとモーニングコールであったのに憤慨した。 ⑨　無料朝食は品数少なかったものの満足できる味付けは美味しくいただいた。食べやすい長さでの蒸しトウモロコシとサツマイモは、全く私の日本の味と同じで凄く美味しかった。 ⑩　正直言うならば、このホテルは海水浴シーズンのホテルだと強く感じた。私の宿泊した３泊は混雑のない宿泊客だったのでラッキーでした。 ⑪　英語が通じるとのことであったが、私の発音が悪かったのかフロント等は理解していないように感じた。外出時、英語圏内の旅行者と会話したが私の英語は問題なく通じていたのだが・・・。 ⑫　テレビの映りが良くない！！。 ⑬　宿泊設備にバスローブなしと、有料申込にしてバスローブ設置を望む。総てのコンセントの点検を実施し、不良コンセントは修理して完全状態を望む。 ⑭　シャワールームのみの部屋であったが、バスタブ設置の部屋の説明が全くなされなかったのし残念であった。

We had no hot water and our AC was broken. We were moved to a sister property the next morning. The staff was AMAZING! I even considered staying because the staff was so nice , but the entrance stairs as well as the other two issues prompted my move to the other hotel. I would return in the future just for the fact the staff was AMAZING !

Las fotos y descripción del hotel no correspondían con la realidad. Reservamos un hotel con piscina y gym (había fotos y descripción) pero estos están en otro hotel a un paseo del mismo. La habitación que solicitamos era al frente con vistas al mar y nos dieron otra con vistas laterales y tipo studio en muy malas condiciones (el aire acondicionado desagotaba en el medio del baño siempre inundado), en el baño había bastoncillos usados del anterior huésped y puedo seguir enumerando ejemplos. Cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que hicimos la reserva muy tarde y entonces se la habían asignado a otra gente. Nos propusieron cambiarnos al día siguiente pero conforme a sus horarios e incómodo para nuestra agenda de actividades. El aire acondicionado casi no funcionaba y todo el hotel estaba viejo y deteriorado. Difícil comunicación con el personal con un escaso nivel de inglés. De lejos el peor hotel de nuestro viaje por Vietnam.

小さなホテルですが、落ち着きます。スタッフもフレンドリーでにこやかです。部屋は一人で十分な広さがあります。靴を脱いでホテルに入ります。スリッパはありませんので裸足で過ごしました。朝食はすぐ近くの市場で買いました。魚、野菜などを売っていて、バインミーは屋台で購入。

Amazing place to stay, in a great location, for an unbeatable price! They’re incredibly accommodating. Nearby construction was loud all day but I don’t think this was their fault. The beds were very hard but sleepable. I’d highly recommend this property!
