The villa was beautifully decorated and the bed really comfortable. The pool was even larger than I imagined. The reasons it’s not a five star are: - lack of storage. We had a problem fitting our large suitcases. - the AC lived its own life. The remote control was purely decorative it seemed. - the beach. The sand was the smoothest we’ve ever seen, but the water seemed to be more for fishing than swimming. The location is okay. The lack of parking spaces made it hard for our taxis to stop. There’s a seven eleven near by and a great breakfast breakfast spot, but that’s really it. All in all we enjoyed our stay :)

hôtel fabuleux !! À condition d avoir une chambre autour de la piscine. Le premier jour J étais coté route et vraiment très très bruyant. J ai pu changer et mon séjour a été divin. Séjour en avril avec peu de monde donc une tranquillité absolue. le restaurant est authentique et tout est très bon. Les pieds dans l eau et un sable fin merveilleux. Il manque les transats duo des photos. Dommage. Pour la biagnade aller plus loin sur la plage de Lamai. La piscine est très agréable avec son revêtement anti dérapant et hyper chaude. Massage au top. des gens toujours gentils souriants et votre service

Dejligt ophold. Meget idyllisk. Poolområde meget småt. Klart kedeligste hotel restaurant vi har prøvet i Thailand. Bemærk støj fra vejen på værelserne. Stort og lækkert badekar. Tager desværre 3-4 timer at fylde op, og vandet var ikke varmt.

Suite à un décès d'un proche, nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre sur place. Après plusieurs négociations, non sans mal (!!), l'hôtel a accepté de reporter notre séjour a une date ultérieure. Dans une telle situation, sachez que c'est le parcours du combattant pour obtenir exceptionnellement un peu de compassion et de compréhension.

Det här va ett kanonboende. Ett boende vi pratar om dagligen och som vi vill tillbaka till. Jättetrevlig personal, superbra frukost. Kanonläge precis intill havet. Jättefin pool och toppklasshotell gym. Jag har inget negativt att säga om det här boendet. Så så bra!!

Did a detox at The Spa Resorts Lamai Beach. Superb healthful resort with excellent programmes for all types of detoxing. Yoga, meditation and all right on the beach. Literally step off the restaurant to your lounger on the gorgeous deserted beach. Raw food restaurant is really good. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Beautiful in house spa and gym. I recommend.

I did not realise that it would be so quiet and people fasting. I little away from main area but enough to do. Staff lovely - everything is extra yoga, treatments. We had to upgrade the room as the 1st room was on the main road and no outside space. for £330 we had our own hut infront of the small pool and on the beach.

I've been before. Though was much busier the last time 15 years ago. Serene with lush greenery. Road walkways a bit steep as it is an uphill resort, so need to be careful with footwear.

The aircon was broken for the majority of our stay, the staff did not seem to know much about what was going on, and the pool did not look clean during our stay so we did not go in. The area is extremely quiet, you are far from from most nice restaurants/ markets(30-40 min), however there is a 7/11 directly opposite, a lovely brunch place next door to this called toast, and silver beach is a 20 minute walk which is absolutely beautiful. This hotel is fine if you are going purely for spa treatments and quiet. We should have done more prior research, but we stayed out of the hotel as much as possible as it does not suit the vibe of younger people.

Really helpful and friendly customer service however key cards faulty and often needing to go to reception to get it connected and if staff have gone home need to call the number on the key card and wait for security to let you in and then speak to reception the next morning. This happened twice during a 3 day stay.
