Was able to be accommodated for late check-in, wasn't the cleanest hotel or rooms in general, but unlike others the water pressure for the shower was spot on and the bed was comfy! Missed breakfast because we weren't told upon check-in. I would stay again.

The room was decent. Comfortable bed, and a good sized studio room. The central issue is housekeeping would knock constantly throughout the stay, and end up waking people up. I was awoken nearly two hours before my check out time by a housekeeper telling me check-out was at 11. Some of the tenants were also very loud, and when asked to address it, front desk staff were dismissive.

The bath tub had hair in it. Bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart. And the photos of the room were nothing like pictured. The front desk lady was nice and polite. But I would not recommend this place

l ask for a room on the first floor and when I got there they had made on the 3rd floor so [ ask them to cancel. my stay was upset . I call the hotel to make sure they had a room on they 1st. floor the man I talk to said yes will not stay at your hotel. we had a trobabe ln st.louis 2 weeks ago.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was safe and quiet except for the last morning it was there when someone downstairs had some music playing at 5 am. There is no real breakfast. You can get prepackaged muffins or granola bars in the lobby along with coffee or hot tea.The bed was extra firm but I didn't mind. This was a business related trip and as a solo female traveler I would stay here again.

The hotel is older and needs some updating. Carpet had stains and our toilet overflowed multiple times. We had to go to the front next in the middle of the night for extra towels and a plunger. There was no ice machine on the premises and even with it being an extended stay where you would think there would be cups, paper towels, etc. in the room. There were none. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient to where we were going while in town.

Yes, our pet was welcome but the smells! The lobby smelled of marijuana, our room smelled like dead fish on the 2nd floor, and my mom's floor (1st) floor had a stench that literally made me gag. We are pretty tolerant because of the low price but I would never stay at that place again.

The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I am a side sleeper an the mattress was really tough on my hips. The stairs smelled of urine and the sounds from the hallway was loud. I would NOT stay at this location again.

This "hotel" is like stepping back into a Time Machine from the 80s and hasn't been touched since. The carpets are disgusting and comping up from the floors and the walls. The bathroom cabinets were peeling apart. There were insects in our bathroom - spiders in the sink and shower. There is no one at the desk after 11pm so they ask that you make sure you pull the main door closed behind you "for your safety" which was fine, but was never latched. Rooms include kitchenettes with zero cups, plates, cookware of any kind. Only two ice trays. Smoking is not allowed, but it is clear people smoke. You could smell it heavily in the bathrooms from time to time and when we turned on our A/C. The price point for this was insane due to the festival in town but $200/night for this place anytime is absolute insanity.
