Stayed for over a month, it's located in a decent spot everything is practically in walking distance. The room I had was pretty nice, the fridge wasn't the best but far from the worst. Laundry was a bit expensive imo and one machine leaked and one dryer was out of order. I rate my overall stay a solid 4 out of 5. It's says non smoking that's all I can say about that.

I stayed for 4 days. It was in a good area near Wendover. The room was clean, and it smelled clean, with no dog smell. The air worked well and the kitchen had a full stove, with an oven! I will definitely stay again when I'm back in town.

Very clean, Easy check in. Staff is phenomenal. The rooms were clean as well as the building and grounds outside. Had a studio room with kitchenette. Sink, full refrigerator, microwave and stove. Laundry clean and worked properly. No complaints about this place would definitely come back.

Well they Redeem their self with when i gave them nother chance to Rent Suite with them without loud noise And So On .My stay there was 3 night stay was Heaven quiet no noise could watch TV in peace later on sleep peacefully I love it and with that been said I stay one more extra night Got the same result quiet no noise threw out the day and night just quiet and loveable and what .So yall come and get u room yr self and u will see for yourself to judge .So Come on down and give them A chance Ok

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms are sufficiently clean, the front desk hours are from 9AM -10PM. No one there after hours. First floor rooms are essentially in the basement.

We had 2 rooms, 1 the bathroom was dirty, I let them know late and they said they would clean it the next day…never happened. Fire alarm went off the 2nd night at 4:30 in the morning, everyone was outside waiting for word. Fire trucks came, turned alarm off and left….nothing said. It is basically a property that people live full-time in and although I was not bothered by any of the transient surroundings, my father really never quite felt comfortable due to everyone hanging out outside all the time, like one would at home. Water pressure was not good and the towels did nothing in way of drying one off….a paper towel would have worked better.

Everything was great! The room was very spacious. You can't beat having a full kitchen in your room for the price that you pay, it was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. I've paid way more for way less. If I ever have to book another stay in Greensboro, I will stay here again.
