HOT and simple. One of the least expensive places in ZCH, yet still expensive. Was there during a heat wave, and yet there is little in place here to make it comfortable given the conditions. Good location tho. Close to HB and in a fun nieghborhood.

The room was clean and quiet, but that is about all. I get it that they are eco-friendly and don't provide air-conditioning but there is not even a table or chair and only two hangers stuck on the wall. So, the table fan in the room has to remain on the floor which is not very helpful when the temperature outside is 70 F. No other amenities at all. Bathroom is tiny as in many European hotels. There is self check-in and check-out but when I arrived well after the check-in time of 3 PM, my room was not ready. I had to wait half an hour before I could get to my room. Thankfully, they have an "office" that is staffed during the day. You can buy your morning coffee from a vending machine in the lobby. There are some restaurants within walking distance, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main train station.

All you get are a bathroom and a bed. No desks or tables, fridge, or shelves. There is a place you can hang a few clothes but that’s it. But since there are few things in the room, there’s lots of space on the floor you can open your suitcases and leave them. It’s a quiet neighborhood but the walls are kinda thin so you might hear other guests’ noises. But you’ll get what you paid for. Overall it was a nice stay

Location: Fantastic, easy route to Sihlquai HB, next door to Limmatplatz and plenty of transport options even into the night. Staff: None, but the check-in/out process is frictionless and simple and I would trust that calling their number would be useful. Cleanliness: I stayed in room 34 and unfortunately there was a reddish-brown stain on the wall and the fan was incredibly dusty. Fortunately the shower and toilet were in great condition.
