Check-in provided no issues, however I did have to ask them to re-check their system
to find the breakfast vouchers were included in our stay. At that time the front desk associate told us we were placed in a room
with a king bed and pull out couch - perfect for for our family of 3!
However, when we arrived to our room we found the pull put couch was a glorified 2pc chaise lounge that would barely fit our 6yr old. We were going to make do, but when i looked in the closet for pillows and blankets for it, there were none. I called down to the front desk and was told there were no blankets available, but they could provide us with a sheet and a pillow. After an hour and no one coming to our room as discussed, my husband went down (from the 24th floor) to get them. When he asked for a blanket again, he was told we could take the blankets off the bed for our daughter. We stayed for two nights and never received a blanket - we had her sleep with us to ensure she was warm enough.
In addition, the pool was extremely small and overcrowded. The first night it was closed because the chemicals were off - we were told there was "no chlorine in it at all" by a security guard. The second night the water was so cloudy you could not see your legs in the water.
I also notices cleaning issues throughout our hotel room, but that was not nearly as disappointing as the blanket and pool situation. We will definitely not be staying here again for the inflated price we paid to walk to Busch.
