The air conditioner made a racket in the middle the night , front desk stated would send someone in the morning! Yep after check out , room was clean , the “Queen “ beds was in fact “full” size. The beds were dated and not comfortable at all, staff was just staff, not friendly, breakfast was a joke even for continental. EDIT - this was booked from a family member, do your research before booking here. We will not allow others to pick our stay location again, lesson learned! Spend the extra money and Get a better hotel !

This is rated a three star hotel and it deserves a three star rating. Having waited a very considerable time at Miami International airport waiting on a shuttle bus to the hotel, I resorted to phoning them and they advised to get an Uber as there was no shuttle available. This itself has several issues as Uber collections are a nightmare at this airport and I wasn't the only one who couldn't get my lift. Back to the hotel, the hotel is clean but dated and it's breakfast area is seriously cramped, with limited offerings. On saying that, if you just need a hotel for one night that is cheap value, then this okay will cover that need. Would I go back? Is probably pay a small amount more and find an other but this hotel covered the few hours sleep that I needed after a long flight

Unfortunately we found several aspects lacking. We arrived early as we had gotten off a cruise ship. We walked into the “lobby” to discover it doubled as the breakfast room with families, pets etc everywhere. We were told the only way to get into a room early was to pay $50. We did so and got into our room at 10:15. The room was clean but bed linens are thin and not not too comfy. We asked for an additional “blanket” and were given a thin cotton sheet thing. This is NOT a quiet location—heard loud industrial unit and trucks loading and backing up with their reverse bells past midnight.

Very poor. The complimentary shuttle that was advertised wasn’t available. We were told it was in the shop for repairs and they didn’t know for how long. We had to pay for a LYFT to get to the hotel. When we got to the hotel, the put us in a room that was facing a very loud generator. We had to ask for a quieter room and move. Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 10:00 AM “encouraging “ checkout by 11:00. I was in the shower. The front lobby closed off the room so they the floor s before 11:00. Those waiting for”the shuttle” had to wait outside. Didn’t feel very warm or welcoming at all

O hotel para quem vai passar poucos dias, e se a intenção for apenas dormir, é ok. O hotel oferece um café, mas era melhor não oferecer nada, o café é péssimo, literalmente só tem café, leite, pão de forma, um bolinho que não consegui saber o sabor, manteiga e um copinho de frutas industrializadas, e um suco de laranja que parecia xarope, isso é tudo que teve no café da manhã.
