Terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. After waiting about 30 minutes, a staff member finally appeared and simply told us that there were no rooms available. They didn’t even check our reservation or look in the system to confirm anything. Instead, we were told to leave the lobby immediately. The staff asked us to go outside to an area that did not feel safe and forced us to leave the hotel without any assistance. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

The room had a bed and TV only. No fridge, no microwave, not even plastic cups or shampoo. Lobby door locked so no way to the vending machines in there. Management didn't keep water running, so no water in the morning due to frozen pipes.

The area doesn't look good; there are homeless people around. The hallways leading to the rooms are very dirty and appear to be poorly maintained. The rooms look very unpleasant and smell terrible, including cigarette smoke, and the bathrooms have mold in the shower. In other words, it's the ugliest and most horrible hotel I've ever seen in my life.

Room had mold, the hotel would turn there phones off at night so you couldn’t call front desk. They put numerous people in rooms that were already occupied by others. Knowing that I was going to be an extreme late check in, I got it prepared to have my two rooms on first floor already in the system. When I got there, they put my and my disabled elderly passenger up on second floor and 3 rooms from me so it made it hard to keep an eye on him. Just unacceptable but tha lady dint care.
