La ubicación del hotel es terrible, rodeado de indigentes. Todo el hotel est á en remodelaciones y huele fuerte a pintura.

I didn’t have a ride either from the airport to the hotel or the hotel to the airport as the booking says. I had to pay for a cab myself after waiting two hours for a ride/ they had no working phone number to call them. I checked in and was given someone else’s room at first. Room floor was dirty and no electrical adapters for my things and hey had none so I had to buy one myself. Was never reimbursed my money for the cab or for the first days breakfast which is supposed to be free because they couldn’t find the vouchers. Last two days there couldn’t sleep as they are doing renovations and were pounding the walls and floors very early. Emailed the booking manager and was never given a reply and this is after I had emailed the hotel TWICE before I even arrived and still no response. Horrible experience...

Great place, great location, great price point
Comfortable and everything was "as advertised." Easy to find, ample parking, walkable to interesting places (like the Wharf!) and lots of coffee/food/small shop options. Really good wi-fi and amenities. The only drawback was the construction on the upper floor. Fortunately, I would be heading out in the morning before the noise and smells started.

The hotel was ok, basic equipment, for the price alright. But the lift was not working a couple of days, and some issues in our room were not resolved during the 6 nights we stayed there. Other than that the personnel was very nice.

My plans changed, I could no longer stay. I messaged the hotel 1 day before to ask for a cancellation. They refused to issue a refund. Another company the makes money from someone’s error. Would not recommend

Wonderful experience, overall. The staff at the front desk, including the cleaning staff were particularly attentive to my needs. I, thoroughly, enjoyed interacting with them. Will stay there again on my next trip.

CITCC convenient
Well located within walking distance to the CITCC. A basic property, well priced with spacious rooms. No on site restaurant but the property is surrounded by eateries, Unfortunately, with most inner city hotels there is some traffic noise.
