Check in was ok. When we got to the room it was in a terrible state. Food on the floor, paint peeling off the walls, uncovered vents in the bathroom. Just walking down the hall you could smell both cigarettes and pot even though it was a non smoking hotel. We werent able to eat breakfast either day because the only way we could get juice was to buy it from the front desk and they were out of almost everything else by 7:30. The second day of our supposed to be 3 day stay we were woken up early by a dog constantly barking in the hotel. We actually decided then to check out knowing we were probably going to lose a days rental fee. When i went to check out i was told to just leave my key cards on the counter. I didnt get a receipt or anything. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I took pictures of all the broken and bad stuff in the room. Oh and it boasted a heated pool...thats the coldest heated pool I've ever been in. If i could give negative stars I would.

Pool and hot tub not in service. Empty bottle of vodka n cabinet. Stains on bedding. Missing trim. Smelled heavily in hallway. We did not stay. Refunded our stay but cannot get refund or credit from hotels.com. Will not be using either again.

Surprised this place is still in business. Pool was out, tv’s did not work, black stuff was coming out of the jets in the jacuzzi, went into our room and someone was in there already smoking pot. We got put into a suite instead and only one bed and a pullout bed couch was like a torture chamber. Place smelled like smoke. Will never stay there again.

Hallways and room smelled of marijuana, room had blood stain on floor, toilet had porcelain removed from overuse of roto rooter, vending machine needed updates, and key cards had one use before needing recoding, but the air conditioner worked great!

I like that the staff are courteous. I did not like that the eggs and sausage were not even heated for the continental breakfast on Tuesday morning, January 28th, 2025. This occurred during the breakfast hours, between 7-9 a.m. Also that the breakfast hours had changed to 7-9 a.m. without any notice up or information from the staff.

Fridge didn’t work the walls were so dirty, carpet had stains, bathroom was dirty and the tub filthy. Tub was all grimey. Hotel doesn’t even look like the website. This place had people living in the hotel. The breakfast area had construction material all over and was dirty whatever you do do not stay here. You will be sorry.oh no Jacuzzi and pool was dirty.

The room door was bad, had to get the front desk clerk to open it. The room had gnats in it. The front cafeteria was full of gnats and the orange juice from the breakfast bar had gnats floating in it. The bagels had gnats on them, i couldn't even get milk because they didnt have any. The hot tub is no longer there, it sealed over. The management didnt have the key to the pool when we wanted to go swimming. Then the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evaluate in the cold, but no one knows why it went off.
