We arrived at 2 am.. Room had had someone else in it before we got there. Bedding had hair and dirt and crumbs in it and smelled like sweat. Bathtub also had hair in it. Won't be staying there again.

Just needed a safe and clean overnight after I picked up my son at the nearby airport. Front desk staff so rude. Would not allow us to park in spots in front of hotel even though rest of lot was packed and not well lit. Halls and elevators were dirty and dark. Room same. Would not recommend.

There were no coffee cups in the room and the coffee pot was dirty. Had to turn the fridge off at night in order to sleep because it was so loud. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold and tasteless, waffles were awful. Thank goodness they had so m e yogurt!

There was a Steakhouse and bar advertised. We got there and there was no Steakhouse and no bar. It turned into an Indian restaurant and they closed the bar. I asked when they changed and I just got a shrug of the shoulders. Very unprofessional staff. The furniture in the room was awful! The chair arms had the fabric peeling off and the seat was the same. The TV stand looked like it graffiti on it and they simply tried to paint over just that area. I would NOT recommend it.

The heater didn’t work. No hadicap rail in bathroom breakfast mislabeled jam for toast was solid as a rock eggs were horrible they had holes in curtain in room very run down like a ghetto pool had no towels the rail at pool almost came off Never go to this hotel

The room was dirty. There was visible dirt, dust, and grime on every surface of the room. We had to clean the doors, cabinets, counters, and literally everything in the bathroom before we could use the room. The bed sheets had a stain on them and by the wrinkles they looked like they’d be slept in. The main lobby was clean but around the other entrances were dirty and unkept.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Ants were coming from two different holes in the walls of the bathroom. Staff couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything about it and the manager never responded about a refund. Don’t stay here!
