TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On arrival 4/21 approx. 1:30 pm, front desk staff woman was accusatory about customer check in time, like customer (self) was trying to cheat 3pm check in time. Threatening me with a $30 early check in fee, I can't get in till she gives me a key, no matter what time paperwork is done! Same maint. man described below was visiting / sitting talking w/front desk person, I don't think they liked a customer interrupting their flirting??? I have stayed at this QI multiple times.
Breakfast next morning same maintenance man (above) was mopping something up in dining area then straight to food serving area to fill a plate "w/o washing hands"!
Same maintenance man gets his food and sits down right in front of TV and then turns volume way up. Says he can't hear it because customers are talking on their cell phones, 4~5 customers total, "no one was on a cell phone"!
When questioned about his conduct, he threatens to knock me out while bumping his chest into mine, spitting and reeking of alcohol!!
When I finished eating I was at the front desk trying to inform the desk woman of his conduct, maint. man started attacking me again, following me out the front door continuing his verbal and physical threats to knock me out! Same front desk person "never" said a word to calm or caution him of his conduct!!
THANKS to God I was too busy to waste anymore time!
Be advised of these employees and their conduct!!!
