Amazing Hotel, beautiful views, very good staff, Hotel needs more maintenance, some areas are without maintenance.
Food and drinks of course are extremely expensive.

Hotel is beautiful and food is great, however, service was subpar. We waited over 1 hour to be brought to our room and while we waited, we were forced to listen to a pitch about becoming a member to commit to x number of stays over the next 10 years for a certain price. The timing of this, being that we hasn’t even checked into our room, felt very _____. We ended up agreeing to it after discussing among our group

Disappointed by the Service Despite a Beautiful Property
I had high expectations staying at Nobu, especially given its reputation and the price point. Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. From check-in to check-out, the experience was underwhelming. The staff lacked the warmth and professionalism I’ve come to expect from luxury hospitality.
We also booked transportation through the hotel, and at the end of the ride, the driver asked for a tip before we even had a chance to offer one—something we always do. The way it was handled came across as pushy and unprofessional.
I typically stay at the Esperanza Hotel and was hoping Nobu would offer a comparable experience, but it fell short. The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the service seriously needs improvement. Until that’s addressed, I would not recommend it for those expecting a true luxury experience.

We have stayed at Nobu many times in the past. DO NOT GO THERE! It’s not the same resort it used to be. Besides the horrific, unbearable, and miserable freezing and windy weather…..due to its location…..the new management has ruined it for everyone…..including guests and staff! They don’t care about anyone…..especially the customer! Every single employee I talked to wants to leave. We cut our stay short and left and went to stay at 2 different hotels…..both of which had ex Nobu employees who left due to how miserable and unhappy they were at Nobu due to management. The word on the street wherever you go around Cabo…..is to stay away from Nobu! Even the food at the restaurant has gone down hill and is outrageously priced. We had a nonstop series of frustrating occurrences which I was constantly left upset and disappointed after repeated requests to speak to a manager who clearly didn’t care. Please hear me when I warn you not to stay at Nobu whatever you do. You will want to turn around and leave immediately and the management will do nothing but disappoint you! Please spread to word to anyone thinking of going and share them the misery and suffering!
