Property and staff was top notched. The team at this hotel were amazing and full of tons of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We booked the villa with a private pool and loved it.

When we arrived to Oia the staff were really helpful and kindly carried our luggage to our room and we initially felt very welcome. The room itself appeared to be lovely- however the furniture was faulty, with the bed breaking when we were asleep (we hadn’t slept in 24 hours so this was not ideal!). We contacted the staff who came to our room and informed us that we need to move to another room for the night and that we could only stay there for the remainder of our stay, only to be told after moving all of our bags that we were misinformed and could only stay there for part of our stay. This was very frustrating as we didn’t get much sleep either in the new room as there was loud banging noises throughout the night. We then moved back into our old room the next day (where the bed was now fixed). As a result of this, we were also offered a spa 30 min treatment which was lovely and we were grateful to have received this. But we noticed that after our complaint, one staff member (Helena) started to act very coldly to us on multiple occasions and was very different to how she was when we first met her. The other staff were very lovely. Despite this, the breakfast was brilliant and always on time and the hot tub at the top was excellent.

El servicio al cliente due excepcional. Todo el staff se encargo de que tuvieramos una estadia perfecta. Man, this place is fabulous!!

The service was outstanding! They were very punctual. If breakfast was ordered by 9:00 am, it got there (and hot) at exactly 9:00 am. We never got to use the private sauna but it was nice also. There was an issue with the AC one night but they immediately came over to fix it (had to be reset at the breaker). The staff was extremely nice and helpful. If I ever get back to Santorini, I'll be staying here.

Secret Gem!

I had a perfect stay at Tramonto. Location was great...a 3 min walk to the bus station, close to the restaurants and the action while being a short distance away so as to maintain some privacy. Anni was great at arranging everything including dinner reservations. Having breakfast delivered to the room every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If it is your first time to Santorini, I suggest you arrange the airport transfer with the hotel as it can be confusing to find it. The rooftop hot tub was the perfect location to watch the sunset.

タクシーでホテル付近まで向かいましたが、イアは車の入れない道もあり、タクシーで向かう場合は途中から歩かなくてはいけない。ホテル場所は分かりにくく、現地のレストランの従業員に場所を尋ねてもわからないようだった。私たちはホテルに電話をかけて迎えにきてもらう事で、ようやくフロントにたどり着いた。（ホテルのフロントはホテルとは別の所にあるため、イアに着いたらフロントに電話をかけて迎えに来てもらう事をお勧めします） 到着までは少々大変でしたが、ホテル自体は素晴らしくとても優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。 朝食は好きな食材を前日に選び、朝の指定した時刻付近に部屋まで届けてもらうことができます。 また、部屋からも夕日を見ることが出来るため、混雑を避けたい方にはおすすめ。 チェックアウトの際もフロントまでは少々距離があるため、フロントに電話をかけて、鞄を運ぶお手伝いを頼むことをお勧めします。

Nice cute place in beautiful Oia. The service was impeccable - the receptionist Anni went out of her way to accommodate our requests. The room was large and new, didn’t have any windows though. A semi-private roof top is a nice addition - we enjoyed our breakfasts and wine during sunsets there. A nice, relatively affordable place in the otherwise upscale area.
