酒店房間很大，酒店給生日旅客一個難忘驚喜，謝謝，並且酒店的按摩十分舒服。但酒店的水壓有點慢，調暖水時，一下子馬上出熱水，差點燙到。

This was the 1st time I stayed in this hotel and I can say me and my family members all love it ! The location is superb,Sat pasar malam just next to the hotel and most of the attraction are nearby.Swimming pool is clean with nice view,cafe & front desk staffs are friendly and helpful.Room is spacious and my kids love the bath tub. Almost everything is perfect except few things.The 2ND days when we were back from outside,I found that housekeeping didn't refill the teabag and haven't clean the stain on the table, as well as didn't throw the beer bottle cap. The hot water is not hot enough if u haven't turn it on over 5 mins,and I discovered that the water from bath tub is hotter than the shower one. I also suggest you to put ice under the fruit to keep it fresh during the buffet breakfast time cos I saw some fruit turn to dark ...looks not fresh at all.Plus lot of flies on the fruit too,u may need to do something to keep the flies away. Other than that,your hotel is awesome!!!Keep it up!

Goldsands Hotel Langkawi is one of the best and finest hotels in Malaysia. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is very spacious and super clean, with excellent shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is damn good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi!

Gotta pay RM15 for a cup during breakfast

My overall stay is ok. But when my son broke a cup during breakfast, manager informed us that we have to pay for it. So strange... and I had to ask him how much as he didn’t say. So 15RM for a cup. We stayed for 4 nights in a family room with queen and two singles. The queen side has cricket sound from the aircon.. and some noise from the outside construction near midnight.

Fine for a short stay.

Friendly staff. Big modern designed rooms. Close to shops. Amazing spa- BUT, I had to leave the shower running for 30 minutes, to get warm water. The windows allow all noise from outside to be heard. My initial room, had gaps around the frame!! Many stray dogs, by the hotel, constantly barking. There may be a drainage problem, as when I left the toilet seat up, a few minutes later, there was a bad smell. They need vegan options for breakfast. Breakfast was okay, but my choices were more dinner inspired than a breakfast one (heavy noodles/rice). I wouldn't stay at this hotel again

The breakfast buffet definitely have a lot of room to improve. Menu was limited and not much changes. Stayed there for 5 days to have almost identical breakfast every single morning. Would have been great to have a live egg station instead of a pre-cooked ones.

屋上のバーが最高でした。 夕日を眺めながら、ビールを飲みゆっくりした時を楽しみました。 ランカウイののどかな雰囲気と合間って、とても幸せな気持ちになりました。 部屋も広く快適です。朝食も充実しています。ワインバーでは、ハッピーアワーに高級ワインをお得に飲めて感激しました。夜市も近く、周辺の飲食店も充実しています。ビーチに遊びに行く方は、タクシーで30分くらいです♪ホテルのインテリアも素敵ですよ。
