I have stayed here 4 times now in the past year. They usually have us near the pool and we have no issues. This time i requested a room next to my daughter who was roomed on the 2nd floor. The shower wouldn't regulate the temperature, going from extreme hot to extreme cold no matter what i did to adjust it. And the toilet would not drain properly. Other than those two concerns, the room was clean, beds comfortable and the room serves is purpose
