Great location at an affordable price

My girlfriend and I love this hotel. We have been twice in a month. It is the most affordable place to stay and be able to walk to the beach. Great location for good restaurants and great shopping. For an old beach motel, it is top notch. In 9 years of travel we have stayed in this motel 6 or 7 times.

This is a bargain for the location and immediate surroundings. Short walk to the beach, to stores, to restaurants. The rooms are not as fancy as others, but they are adequate and clean. If you are going to spend very little time in your room, and more time at the beach and shopping and doing touristy things, this is a great place.

It was a bit damp in the bedroom. The property needed some living care. Breakfast was nice that we didn’t have to stop somewhere. It was decent for a last minute decision.

This property definitely needs some love. The room we had had cuts in the carpet and in the bathroom there was rust on the floor from the door. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool looked clean but the area around the pool could benefit with a power wash. All in all the price was right for our 2 day stay.

The property was very close to the public access to the beach areas. The staff was friendly but the room had a water leak so there was water all over the bathroom floor. The toilet would come up off the floor on one side. It was in a safe area and there was a nice outdoor pool. It was okay for our couple of nights there but wouldn't stay longer than that. Wasn't worth the money we paid per night.

Couch from hell

There was a couch in our room that looked like it was brought in from a chuck out. The room smelled pretty bad and was dirty. The receptionist was really nice
