As you enter the hotel, there are two potted dead shrubs at the entrance, which every occupant employee and management team member walks past. Customer Service at the hotel counter greeting style lacked any sense of customer service whatsoever. The first day in residence, we required hotel engineering staff to come up and tend to a poorly operating toilet two times. Daily room service lacked the same customer service. One day we had come back to the room after breakfasting and nothing had been done by 12:30. We alerted the front desk returned and at 3 PM. The room still had not been cleaned. We were four days in residence. Another day out of the four we declined housekeeping at all due to the prior days experience. Management team that runs the front of the house oceanfront restaurant should be spoken to. The first morning at 10:30 on a Saturday, the first thing noticed was that the first several tables had not been cleaned. All of the prior guests food and plates had remained on the table. As we walked further into the restaurant, heading towards the ocean front seating, we passed a total of 11 tables that were in the same condition.When we were finally greeted by a member of the staff for seating, she asked us where we would like to sit. We expressed our concern that so many that could’ve been ready for seating were dirty. She proceeded to argue that we’re only 2 staff on and that she was the Supervisor.
