Nice hotel with very large rooms. Buffet breakfast was fine but not great. Excellent Wi-fi and decent channel selection on TV. Airport shuttle was convenient and free. Helpful staff. It is right next to McDonald’s and across the street from Denny’s - not my favorites either but very convenient.

Well-maintained, stylish rooms, clean, comfortable bed (no soft pillows), quiet, satisfactory breakfast given the room rate. Less than 1 mile from Old Town Sacramento. About 100 yards from I-5 onramps.

This hotel is fine for the price. It is definitely outdated but it is fine for a night or two to sleep. Could use better lounge chairs by the pool and the key card system needs to be fixed because they get deactivated too often.

The entire staff that worked during our stay was friendly and every request that was asked of them was presented with a smile; whether they worked at the service counter, in the breakfast room, or drove the shuttle. It was an amazing experience and if I ever come back to Sacramento, I know exactly where I want to stay!

Nice hotel and staff, shame about the location

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was basic, but very nice. The hotel looks lovely from the outside, but is dated inside. That said, the room was big, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy throughout the whole hotel. Our only real concern was the location. We had planned to walk into the old town via the river. Unfortunately there are homeless people everywhere and a shanty town on the riverside. We did not feel safe walking around and ended up going everywhere in the car.
