My first and LAST time overlooking Brand Loyalty because the addage "you get what you pay for" unfortunately proved itself to be true! The man in the room above me walked i.e. paced with shoes on! - most of the evening and ALL NIGHT until about 1am and (I dealt with it for 3 days) until Sunday - had to work Monday, when I went to the front desk finally at 3am to report it. Then, the noise got worse! Stuff dropping on the floor, dresser drawers being slammed, pure ignorance and disregard for mutual respect. Then, next morning, a strange man knocked on the door to ask to use my electricity! After that, I asked to be refunded but was told that "...you should have told us sooner - we would have moved you." WRONG ANSWER! MARRIOTT HOTELS - ALWAYS AND DEFINITELY FROM NOW ON! I did not book this and stayed here as a result of an emergency since I am also visiting. Lesson learned! You really do get what you pay for and I missed a day of work too. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE OTHER THAN A BRAND AFFILIATE OF THE MARRIOTT. MARRIOTT BRANDS value their customers.
