Adequate accommodations, which was good enough for this brief stay. Room is small which was ok. Many small repairs could be made to dress the place up and make management look like they care for their guests. Place was clean. Shower unit was a bit fragile. Management should put themselves in the place of traveler to be more empathic.

An excellent choice for easy access to trains, metro and buses, while being in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood. Mario was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our room which had a balcony over the courtyard. What a great way to start our travels in Italy!

Perfect stay.

A really great place and Mario (I believe it was Mario) is responsive and friendly. The location is fine and we managed buses and metro to the main highlights of Rome. Initially thought it was a little odd that the private bathroom was across the hall from the room but actually preferred it.

Great place for a quick stay

The hotel hosts were very responsive and professional. There was a nice reception area on the floor. They even helped us with luggage since there were two flights of stairs. One huge bonus was the direct airport transfer for 2 people. It was affordable and we had a great time getting to know Mario, the driver and hotel manager/owner. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place in a very good location, with good shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. Mario is a fantastic host, very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Good service, below average room

The service was fantastic, Mario was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The price is low and the location is easily accessible to Termini which is nice. However the room was incredibly humid and there was mold in the shower and around the room’s window. Otherwise everything else was clean and passable. The shower stall was very small and it was hard to move around. And the walls were quite thin, so we could hear others easily. It’s fine for young travelers for the low price, if you won’t spend much time in the room.

Disappointing to be honest

The property was relatively easy to find and directions provided to checkin were very good. Mario was friendly and accommodated access out of hours due to it taking ages to get our luggage. First of all no mention of there being no lift. We had to carry over 70kg of luggage up two floors, with very steep stairs - so bear this in mind if you have similar! This would be fine if we were staying a longer period, but for 3 nights it was just a bit too much. Cant 100% remember what we booked but it definitely wasnt clear that a private bathroom was different to an ensuite. The bathroom was situated across a public hall from the room, which meant you had to keep lovking and unlocking the doors with the one key. The bathroom was very run down. Lots of damage around walls, only one light working, toilet leaking, mould trapped underneath all the silicone in the shower. Generally just needs a freshenup and would be fine. The mattresses were very old with springs protruding through and big 'twang' noises every now and again when you moved. Kitchen area was nice, with good facilities (no oven) but shared fridge, micromave, kettle etc. Location was ok too, 25min from most things walking and 10min walk to train station.

Quaint lodging near Termini

The bathroom was hot, humid and musty with a very small shower. Everything else was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Service was excellent!! Thank you Veronica.

Excellent!

Theres no better place to stay while discovering Rome than around Termini station. This place not only had that great location but it was alsk nice and cozy. Even with a shared kitchen. Mario was always ready to help and they kept our luggage on arrival. Once we get back the bags were already in our room. It was nice touch. Would definitely recommend them 👌
